A zarf (plural: zarffs) is a holder, usually of ornamental metal, for a coffee cup without a handle

At Zarffs we are that strong metal container that holds the well-being and self-esteem of the underprivileged among us. We focus on skills development so that they can earn a respectable living after training.

Our guiding principle is "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime"

Zarffs was founded in the heart of Silicon Valley in 2018 by several accomplished professionals with a deep concern for women and adults who did not have the opportunity to go through regular schooling. As a result, they have been marginalized. Zarffs is committed to arming these individuals with in-demand professional skills, thereby enabling them to earn respectable earnings and be productive members of society.

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

The civil cost of building one workshop can go up to Rs. 6.5-7.5 million depending on the trade being offered and equipment to be used in building the desired facility. You can contribute towards building a workshop or donate any machinery/equipment to support the civil works of the same.

EMPLOYMENT

Organizations and individuals can consider employing THF graduates in any technical or vocational fields like Mechanical/CNC Machine Operation, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, Refrigeration/Air Conditioning, Hair Stylist to Beauticians, and Motorcycle Mechanic to Pipe Fitter. We can send our graduates for the required aptitude test and interviews at your facility or can arrange for the same in our premises at multiple locations across Pakistan.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

Half of the population of Pakistan comprises of women and the majority belongs to the underprivileged segment of the society. Due to the poor infrastructure & transport limitations for potential earning opportunities, it becomes very difficult for these women to find jobs for themselves.

Multiple vocational training programs and its workshops can be sponsored for women in current and upcoming trades across Pakistan from Tailoring & Industrial Stitching to Beauty Therapy and Hair Cutting/Coloring, Call Center Training to Personality Grooming and Basic MS Office to Graphic Designing.
